Jenn-Air’s new Pro-Style gas and dual-fuel freestanding ranges will get you cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The units offer a 20,000-Btu PowerBurner for intense heat, as well as a 7-in. color LCD touch screen and a “My Creation” function that allows home chefs to program the cooking method, time and temperature of successful recipes and recall them when repeating the recipe. The dual-fuel ranges feature electric ovens that include a 2,800W convection element, a 3,000W hidden bake element and closed-door broiling. Ovens on the gas ranges have a 1,200W convection element, 11,000-Btu broiler burners and a 17,000-Btu hidden bake burner. Both the gas and dual-fuel ranges are available in 30-, 36- and 48-in. models.
