Dacor’s new Renaissance 30-in. Millennia warming drawer will make the perfect complement to the company’s Renaissance 30-in. single and double wall ovens.
The warming drawer offers four different heat settings. The Proof mode is ideal for activating yeast when baking bread, while the other settings—Low, Medium and High—are used for keeping dinner plates warm or ensuring appetizers remain at the perfect temperature for entertaining. Featuring 4.8-cu.-ft. of interior space, the unit includes a Moist/Crisp Slide feature, which allows users to select how moist or crisp they want their food items to be when warming. The Renaissance 30-in. warming drawer retails for $1,599.
