Jenn-Air has introduced a six-burner, 36-in. gas cooktop to its growing collection of appliances. Offering home chefs powerful cooking options, the cooktop features an 18,000 BTU PowerBurner, three 15,000 BTU burners, a 9,000 BTU burner and a 6,000 BTU simmer burner. At a height of 3mm, the unit’s low profile and near-flush design imparts a built-in appearance. It is available this fall in a euro-style stainless design with barrel knobs, as well as a pro-style stainless model with heavier grates and diamond-etched knobs. The suggested retail price for the 36-in. cooktop is $1,899.
