Broan-NuTone introduces the Energy Star-qualified LoProfile fan, which can be easily installed between 2 x 4 wall studs, making it ideal for retrofit applications. The fan includes a 4-in. oval duct connector and a transition for 4-in. oval to 3-in. round ducts. The fan operates at 80 cfm at a quiet 1.1 Sones. The unit is also UL-listed for use over bathtubs or showers with a GFCI circuit. The LoProfile fan also exceeds the ASHRAE 62.2 minimum intermittent local ventilation requirement for baths.
