Whirlpool has launched “The Great American Roadtrip!” The tour across 50 cities in the U.S. allows retailers to test drive the latest products from Whirlpool, Maytag and KitchenAid brands.
“Whirlpool Corporation On Tour is a chance for us to create an interactive atmosphere of our products, where we believe each participant will walk away with the tools necessary to inform, educate and teach consumers about what Whirlpool Corporation brands have to offer,” said Liz Okon, sales and training manager at Whirlpool.
The training events, occurring across America through November 10, 2011 offers individuals the opportunity to preview products and learn from the experts. The hands-on learning environment is open to Whirlpool independent retailers, larger retail accounts, distributors, showroom consultants and designers, and home improvement stores.
At every session in each city, Whirlpool will give away a Maxx Star microwave oven to one participant. Attendees will also be entered to win a Maxima front load laundry pair by Maytag, with steam options in the washer and dryer or “The High Performance Suite” by Maytag, featuring a four door refrigerator, gas or electric range, microwave oven and dishwasher.
