The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) has launched the new Kitchen & Bath Career Center. Accessible here, it was designed to serve as an electronic recruitment resource for the industry. Employers and recruiters can access the most qualified talent pool with relevant work experience to fulfill staffing needs.
Job seekers can post their resumes to the Career Center, where they can be discovered by industry firms looking for new employees. Job seekers can also search for positions, narrowing the search by state or province, category, level, type, country and education. Openings can be filtered by salary, allowing for greater definition in matching expectations between employer and employee.
The NKBA launched this targeted career site so that companies of all sizes in all areas of the kitchen and bath industry can connect with their ideal pool of candidates. And in turn, qualified professionals can maximize their time in taking the next career step by streamlining the search process.
