The annual Best of KBIS competition winners were unveiled at this year’s show, held recently in Chicago. The competition showcases the newest and most innovative kitchen and bath products introduced over the past year with winners chosen by a panel of senior print and television media members.
This year’s Best of KBIS judges included Linda Eggerss, editor, Beautiful Kitchens & Baths; Leslie Clagett, editor, KBCulture.com; Nigel Maynard, senior editor, Residential Architect and Builder; Eliana Barriga, managing editor, The Retail Observer; Patrick O’Toole, editorial director for Professional Builder, Professional Remodeler and Custom Builder; and Brian Pontolilo, editor, Fine Homebuilding.
This year’s winners were Bertazzoni’s Segmented Cooktop: Gas/Griddle/Induction for Best of Show; U-Socket’s Wall Outlet with Built-in USB Ports for People’s Choice Award; ROHL LLC’s Single Bowl Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink for Best of Kitchen – Gold Award; Almo Specialty Products won a Best of Kitchen – Silver Award for the Liebherr HC 1540; the Best of Bath – Gold Award went to Tile Redi USA LLC’s Redi Trench; the Best of Bath – Silver Award went to Fleurco Procucts Inc for their Alessa Shower Base; Moen’s MotionSense Faucets were awarded Best Green Product, and the Best Universal Design Product was awarded to Kohler’s Elevance Rising Wall Bath.
