On Monday, August 12 at 12:00 p.m., EDT, the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) will offer a free live webinar entitled “Coaching and Accountability: Getting Your Employees to Think Like Owners.”
Participants will learn how to use concrete metrics and coaching methods to help their employees think like owners, develop their plan for tracking performance and use the results to increase efficiency and critical thinking.
The webinar will also explain the differences among taking responsibility, being empowered to act and being accountable for results. Attendees will understand the basics of employee coaching – how to motivate, coach for better performance and address critical issues productively. Instructor Victoria Downing will also help participants learn how to identify the specific metrics that should be measured for each role in the company and how to use that ongoing measurement as a tool to help employees succeed.
