Ritz-Craft Custom Homes Receives National Recognition

In a ceremony that took place at the Building Systems Council annual Fall Showcase conference and trade show in Washington, DC, Ritz-Craft Custom Homes received seven accolades as part of the 2015 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design. The awards are presented annually by the Building Systems Council (BSC) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and are judged by an independent panel of industry experts.

Ritz-Craft was honored with the following awards for excellence in home design:

  • Winner: Under 2,000 square feet – Lauriston Corner Urban Infill Project
  • Winner: 2,001 – 3,000 square feet  – Killington Cabin
  • Winner: Best model/merchandising center – The Shelton Creek
  • Home of Distinction: 3,001 – 4,000 square feet – South Haven Two Story

In addition to excellence in home design, Ritz-Craft also garnered several awards for excellence in marketing:

  • Winner: Builder/Dealer Marketing Materials – The Ritz-Craft iPad app
  • Winner: Presentation of Home Plans – The Ritz-Craft Coastal Lifestyle Collection
  • Entry of Distinction: Social Media

Ritz-Craft’s success makes the building system industry better and more competitive.”
