Ceramic brand WOW Design has introduced Echo, a new material developed for architecture with 90% recycled content. Of this total, 51% comes from ceramics recovered from WOW’s own production process, while the remaining 39% comes from other recycled components.
The first Echo collection, Pizzicato, has been designed by Summumstudio, with Crevalo as technological partner in the development of the material. The proposal combines pieces made from this new material with porcelain elements within the same system, opening up a new line of research for WOW Design around materiality and its possibilities in architecture.
