Fontana Forni USA, which brings the Italian-made Fontana ovens and kitchens to the U.S. market, announced the launch of its second modular outdoor kitchen line, Ember. Designed for homeowners in coastal environments, the collection is built from corrosion-proof, rust-proof European steel engineered to resist corrosion for 20 years.
Until now, coastal homeowners have faced a real challenge when building outdoor kitchens. Materials that work in other parts of the country do not stand up to salt air, humidity and constant exposure. Ember’s rust-proof construction is built to last where standard products fail, and it is backed by a 20-year warranty.
Sleek hardware and clean seams give Ember a contemporary, architectural finish, and the collection offers multiple sizing options per piece, including sizes for narrower formats, tight balconies and L-shaped terraces. Ember is compatible with six premium grill configurations across premium brands such as Lynx, Blaze and Wildfire.
With Ember, Fontana now offers two distinct outdoor kitchen lines. Elysia, launched in 2025, introduced 100% Italian-engineered modular outdoor kitchens for U.S. homeowners. Ember builds on that with more sizing options per module, a more modern finish and a material built for the environments where standard kitchens lack durability.
