Mibrasa Mini Plus Charcoal Oven

Mibrasa, the Spanish manufacturer behind some of the world’s most respected Michelin-starred, live-fire kitchens, announces U.S. preorders for its handcrafted charcoal ovens that introduce a new category to the American residential market. The ovens are part of the brand’s all-new Mibrasa Home collection that brings the same craftsmanship and performance of its professional products into the backyard.

Deeply rooted in the Basque and Catalan regions, the Spanish charcoal ovens now bring premium live-fire tradition into the next generation of luxury outdoor kitchens.

“Fire has been a constant in my life,” said Pere Hernandez, Mibrasa’s managing director. “My father built restaurant equipment. My brothers and I grew up welding steel. We knew we wanted to unite these legacies – crafting something that could inspire renowned chefs worldwide, helping them to wield fire, control the chaos and cook with Spanish flavor.”

The Mibrasa Mini Plus is made for serious home chefs, caterers and small restaurants. With dual cooking levels and expanded capacity, it’s built to handle large gatherings and ambitious menus. It features dual cooking levels and a larger charcoal capacity – delivering flexibility for multi-course menus or large gatherings. It offers the same professional-grade performance found in high-end restaurants. Like all Mibrasa ovens, it is handcrafted in Spain from X-gauge stainless steel, fully welded for durability with no screws or bolts.

Reaching temperatures of 250–350 °C (482–662 °F) and powered by 100% natural lump charcoal, the Mini Plus is built for grilling, roasting, steaming, slow cooking, and smoking. Its insulated chamber and airflow system provide exceptional heat management while delivering rich, signature charcoal flavor in every dish. It allows chefs to seal the product quickly, locking in juices and enhancing the deep, rich flavors that define charcoal cooking.

Built with safety in mind, it includes a dissipating filter to lower smoke temperature and a fire break to prevent sparks from escaping. The fully enclosed design makes it an ideal choice for customers who value both performance and peace of mind.
