Dallas-based brand Aria Stone Gallery has launched the Breccia Pernice Collection, offering a stunning Italian marble with deep cultural roots in Northern Italy.
A selective and luxurious stone supplier, Aria Stone Gallery hand selects only first-quality slabs, and Breccia Pernice represents a new chapter in its curated Italian collection. Sourced from the province of Verona, this marble is often considered one of the region’s most expressive marbles. Its palette features deep garnet reds, dusty rose undertones and soft beige inflections, reflecting the mineral richness of the Veronese landscape. Formed over millions of years through tectonic movement and natural compression, the stone’s brecciated structure fuses fragments of marble into a striking mosaic of color and movement, giving each slab the feeling of a natural fresco.
The stone was also featured during designer Róisín Lafferty’s recent exploration of Italian quarries, where she filmed at the very source in Verona, standing among the monumental blocks that reveal the marble’s distinctive rose and terracotta tones. Breccia Pernice carries a design legacy too. Architects and craftspeople began embracing it in the early 20th century for its bold patterning and warm palette, qualities that continue to resonate in contemporary interiors seeking both drama and refinement. The collection connects geology, Italian craft heritage and modern design, showing how a material shaped millions of years ago continues to inspire today’s interiors.
