KBIS 2026 attendees share what they are most excited about at the February show.
I haven’t been for the past two years, so I am looking forward to seeing all the new trends! Mainly, I’m curious to see developments in tech when it comes to kitchens and cooking, and I’m excited to see wellness updates and new developments in accessible design and accommodations. I always enjoy the networking opportunities and meeting the new class of NKBA Thirty Under 30s. I am also looking forward to my sister Britney and her husband joining me at the show now that they are both heavily involved in our industry. KBIS 2026 will be a family affair! And of course, I am looking forward to taking more #EbonyTheBathtubLady pictures in Orlando. Photo credit: Designs by Ebony

I’m especially looking forward to conversations around sustainable materials that are actually stylish and real-life smart home solutions – those that make both our clients and our teams’ lives easier. I’m also hoping to see more innovation around multi-functional spaces as we continue to see homes needing to work harder for the people living in them. And of course, continue the conversations of AI in design-build. Photo credit: c2s

I’ll be on the lookout for contemporary cabinets in vibrant hues, unique vanities and fresh shapes in plumbing fixtures and hardware. I’m always inspired by innovative lighting solutions for bathrooms and kitchens where technology and beauty meet to transform spaces. I love the connection of the kitchen and living space, so I would like to see kitchen ideas and storage solutions that allow the kitchen to be more integrated. Photo credit: Cybelle Codish

I’m really looking forward to being inspired and energized by all the fresh unique designs, innovative cutting-edge products and latest creative trends in the industry. Meeting up with my colleagues and developing new trade relationships each year is invaluable. KBIS is an industry show that elevates my business and creativity like no other. I booked my hotel two months ago! I’m excited to design the Luxury Lounge for the second year – it is such a huge honor. I am looking forward to discovering hidden gems – new product launches, materials and makers I can spec in real projects. I will also be on the lookout for healthy home and sustainability stories for smart kitchens and wellness baths. Photo credit: Debbie Walton Photography
