In the Supernatural Collection designed by Castello Lagravinese for Spaghetti Wall, light and matter intertwine, merge and become a solid and harmonious pattern. Within these designs, the expressiveness of plant textures, of glass through which to look transparently, with slight distortions, of silk and water, of tree bark and metal burst forth, struck by the rays of the sun. The result is a light poetic, a visual tale with clear, bright tones, a family of wallpapers whose stylistic matrix is dictated by a refined elegance to be combined with minimal, pure interiors in shades of white.
Plissage, Carving, Linfa, Silk Shadow, Evanescence, Aura and finally Rugiada are the seven graphics through which the two founders of the studio, Alessandro Castello and Maria Antonietta Lagravinese, project their design approach. The designs are essential but rich in a decorative apparatus, which is declined in measured wall signs. From the subtle veining on the wall, which deviates from the typical veining of marble to recall the nourishment that radiates in the structure of the plant, to the stylization of the movement of the wind among the foliage to the rarefied textures, the collection develops like a narrative made up of chapters that can be easily juxtaposed. The predominance of light and the natural mood is not the only element shared by all the subjects, which use the same color palette, based on shades of warm white, beige, bronze and gray, also juxtaposed with each other.
Printed in high resolution and customized according to the wall on which they are applied, Supernatural’s wallpapers can be selected on the different material supports offered by Spaghetti Wall. The collection is suitable for use in the various interior environments, from the living room to the kitchen and bathroom in both residential and public projects.
