De Castelli presents the harmonious combination of light and metal of the Caleide lamp collection designed by Federica Cammarota. Each lamp in the collection takes shape via geometric compositions that give rise to a multitude of expressions.
Rectangles, circles, teardrops and trapezoids create sophisticated geometric volumes. Caleide can be mounted on the wall or ceiling and it comes in three decorative motifs and three diameters — 90, 60 and 30 cm.
At the centre of the De Castelli lamp, a blown frosted-glass orb diffuses direct yet delicate light as it reverberates upon the metal surface, exalting tones and shades. Every lamp in the collection is thus an exceptional object which illuminates and decorates with originality and sophistication.
Steel, brass and copper alternate in oxidised and brushed finishes, enriched by an interplay of forms, which elevate the slender circular slab which encapsulates the light source in a polychromatic mosaic, a canvas which stimulates the senses of the observer.
