HPMA Announces Spring Market Programming

The High Point Market Authority (HPMA) has announced its Spring Market programming and events scheduled for HPMA’s branded pop-up venue The Point, open daily from Friday, Apr. 25 to Tuesday, Apr. 29, as well as its lineup of first-come, first-served Hot Spot Tours scheduled for three days during the trade show, April 26 to 28. 

The Point provides free educational and networking opportunities for registered High Point Market attendees. Events include: 

Friday, April 25

  • Market 101 Live! Panel discussion on how to work Market like a pro, with Leslie Newby of WorkTheBrand PR and DESiGN iNKREDiBLE’s Don Ricardo Massenburg.

Monday, April 28

  • Hands-on Workshop: Calculate Your Monthly Goals and Design Process Roadmap Finance strategy discussion to achieve sales goals, led by DuVäl Reynolds of DuVäl Design. 
  • Emerging Trends in Kitchen and Bath Design Heather Shannon, senior vice president of marketing and communications for the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), explores trends in kitchen and bath design with leading experts in the industry.

Tuesday, April 29

  • Textile Trends Unveiled: Fall/Winter 25/26 Discussion on the future of textiles with Jaye Mize, senior vice president of advisory and partnerships at Fashion Snoopers, and Carrie Dillon, managing director of the International Textile Alliance. 

Located one block west of the Transportation Terminal on Commerce Ave, The Point is open to registered High Point Market buyers Friday, April 25 through Tuesday, April 29 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Panel discussions are scheduled at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The Point closes at noon on Tuesday, April 29.

Hot Spot Tours

HPMA Spring Market Programming Hot Spot Tours

Additionally, HPMA Hot Spot Tours will initiate at The Point from Saturday through Monday of Market, at 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. 

Guided showroom tours led by the High Point Market 2025 Style Spotters and other design influencers are open to High Point Market buyers who RSVP in advance for the space-limited events. To join a tour, participants must additionally register to attend High Point Market

Saturday, April 26

  • Tour with Style Spotters Jewel Marlowe of Jewel Marlowe Interiors and Tina Ramchandani of Tina Ramchandani Creative. 
  • Explore hidden treasures with tour guide Kelly Collier-Clark, principal of House of Clark Interiors, a former High Point Market Style Spotter.

Sunday, April 27

  • Join Style Spotters Victoria Holly of Victoria Holly Interiors and Rasheeda Gray of Gray Space Interiors.  
  • Uncover the hottest hospitality products at Market, guided by Monika Nessbach, founder of Designbar and another past High Point Market Style Spotter.

 Monday, April 28

  • Tour with Style Spotter Evan Millárd of design studio Millárd. 
  • Join the guided tour curated by Windsor Dalton of Windsor Dalton Design.

“Hot Spot Tours provide first-time or still-new-to-Market guests with an excellent opportunity to shadow a pro on the ground in High Point,” said Tammy Covington, HPMA president and CEO. “Led  by our 2025 Style Spotters and other Market-seasoned style gurus, a discovery tour reveals each guide’s unique map of the diverse furnishings offering and designer resources available at the world’s largest furnishings trade event.” 

All tours meet at 9:15 a.m. at The Point on Commerce Ave, located one block from the Transportation Terminal, and depart on time at 9:30 a.m. Tours conclude at 11:30 a.m. 

The Point Lounge

In addition to the HPMA-organized programming, The Point serves as a daily lounge and eatery. The location includes a guest services center with market advisors to assist with trade show information, including navigation, event suggestions and help planning showroom visits. 

Food vendor The Blooming Board will offer a daily assortment of fresh salads, sandwiches and charcuterie, April 25-29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
