CoverSeal is a new grill and smoker cover that is designed to stay put in wind, rain and snow while also protecting grills and smokers from dust, dirt and pests. The weighted design of CoverSeal ensures 360-degree protection because the cover literally seals to the ground.
After investing several hundreds or thousands of dollars in a new grill or smoker, no one wants to find a rodent nest on the grate where they are about to cook. Standard covers protect from the elements but not bugs, rodents and other pests, and they routinely blow off. No one wants to spend time cleaning the grill or smoker before they can start cooking.
The patented Ground Seal technology in CoverSeal protects outdoor cooking equipment, including charcoal and gas grills and smokers from the elements and pests from the ground up. A 360-degree flexible tube filled with sand along the bottom of the cover eliminates the need to use bungee cords or straps to secure covers in place. From every angle, the cover is resistant to the elements.
At the same time, the loose-fitting design of the cover is intentional. It allows the cover to move in the wind so water and moisture pooled in folds and crevices of the cover can drain. The cover is also designed with vents, so it is breathable, and moisture does not build up inside.
Constructed with a heavy-duty DWR coated polyester, ripstop fabric that reflects an impressive 90% of sunlight, CoverSeal safeguards paint, stain and stainless steel from weather damage while ensuring the longevity of the cover. These covers are lab tested to withstand winds up to 40 mph. Plus, the fabric is heat-resistant up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, so the cover can be put in place almost immediately after cooking.
The design of the CoverSeal cover makes it easy to use. Simply drape the CoverSeal on one side of the smoker or grill, pull it halfway across, then walk around the other side and give a gentle tug. The weighted bottom will pull the cover fully over and down to the ground. Adjust as needed and rest assured that CoverSeal will remain in place.
CoverSeal grill and smoker covers are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate gas grills, charcoal and pellet smokers. The small cover, which measures 44 by 24 by 48 inches, is ideal for kamado grills like the Big Green Egg and other round/cylindrical smokers and charcoal grills. The medium (50 by 24 by 48 inches), large (69 by 24 by 48 inches), and extra-large (80 by 24 by 54 inches) sizes can accommodate multi-burner gas grills with side trays, as well as popular smokers like Traeger or griddles like Blackstone.
