Kohler Co. has developed Continuous Clean technology, a new way to keep the toilet cleaner longer, which is offered exclusively on the brand’s Corbelle toilet. A factory-installed system housed in the toilet tank that dispenses a consistent dosage of cleaner during each flush to keep the bowl clean between flushes. Homeowners simply place their selected cleaning tablet in the designated compartment within the system and press a reset/activation button to indicate a new tablet.

Kohler‘s new system works with any toilet bowl tablet cleaners, allowing consumers to use their choice of off-the-shelf solid chemistry, and is optimized to extend the life of the cleansing tablet for more than a year. Consumers are able to adjust the dispensing of the cleaning solution based on three custom settings, and the Kohler-designed system does all of the work from there – evenly mixing fresh water from the incoming water supply with the cleaning agent and dispensing a consistent amount of cleaning solution into each flush via the rim jet.

Continuous Clean can be paired with Revolution 360, Kohler’s most complete flush, which is powered by the brand’s AquaPiston canister technology and allows water to flow out of the tank at 360 degrees, increasing the power and effectiveness of the flush. The Revolution 360 flush swirls the water with cleaning solution around the bowl to clean the entire bowl with every flush. Kohler plans to expand the Continuous Clean technology onto additional 2018 toilet launches.
