“Design Out Loud” With Caesarstone

September 15, 2014

Caesarstone will host the first-ever “Design Out Loud” event to bring teams of designers, architects and fabricators together and create one-of-a-kind quartz sculptures and wall art made of Caesarstone.

On Wednesday, Sept. 17, guests can view the finished pieces of work from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Sub-Zero and Wolf Showroom at the Philadelphia Naval Yard at 4050 South 26th Street. Prior to the showcase, 20 design teams will come together – 10 to create functional floor pieces out of Caesarstone and 10 to create pieces of wall art.

“Our new ‘Design Out Loud’ event is a way to connect with the architects, designers and fabricators that use Caesarstone regularly and showcase other unique ways to use the product,” said Sagi Cohen, CEO of Caesarstone U.S. “Caesarstone is known for being an innovative leader in the design space, and we look to these industry professionals to extend their use of Caesarstone and create new ideas.”

Ten of the “Design Inspiration” teams will be paired with a fabricator to create functional floor pieces out of Caesarstone’s quartz slabs, with select teams focusing on a curved design. Each of the 10 “Wall Art” design teams will be inspired to create wall art combining Caesarstone color samples with any other materials such as glass, reclaimed items, wood or metal.
