KBIS and Modenus Announce 5th BlogTour

The 2017 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the destination for kitchen and bath design professionals, and design resource Modenus Media, today announced the fifth official BlogTour set to take place at KBIS 2017, January 10-12, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. During BlogTour, 24 design bloggers and social media influencers will scour the KBIS show floor in search of the latest kitchen and bath trends and new product introductions, all while attending special events hosted by tour sponsors.

“Modenus originally launched the BlogTour concept in 2011 and has since organized 19 BlogTours to design destinations around the U.S. and Europe,” said Modenus CEO, Veronika Miller. “Our mission is to report on the best trends in design and to connect designers, influencers and brands through both social media and real life events and to help members of the design industry forge deeper, more meaningful relationships through education and conversation in beautiful and inspiring settings.”

Participants receive an all-expense-paid trip and have the opportunity to share in the sponsor revenue through Instagram coverage of their favorite finds from the show floor.

“After so many years of BlogTours, we realized that we had to adapt our concept to the changing marketplace,” explained Miller. “Our bloggers and social media influencers are busy professionals and have proven over and over again that they are the most valuable asset to our tours and events, deserving of a revenue share in addition to the all-expense-paid trip.”
