Hansgrohe USA Returns as Sponsor of James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Culinary Tour
October 23, 2017
Hansgrohe USA is once again a sponsor of the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America culinary tour. Running October through November 11, the fifth anniversary of the tour features a weekend of dining and culinary programming in 10 cities. Hansgrohe is a sponsor of three stops: Philadelphia, San Francisco and Austin, Texas. Each stop features a mixture of special dinners, as well as celebrity chef demonstrations at local outposts of Sur La Table, the kitchen supply retailer and cooking class destination. The continued support for James Beard Foundation complements Hansgrohe’s ongoing collaboration with Sur La Table stores, dozens of which feature Hansgrohe and AXOR products in their kitchens.
“Hansgrohe is pleased to support the James Beard Foundation in its mission to support the culinary arts,” said Erik Christensen, president of Hansgrohe USA. “As a company with over 100 years of expertise in plumbing manufacturing and innovation, we admire those that have a passion for their craft. We are honored that acclaimed chefs, like those in the Taste America tour, regularly use our products in their cooking demonstrations in Sur La Table stores.”
The products from Hansgrohe can be found in recently renovated Sur La Table locations and will continue to be installed or retrofitted as new stores open and/or are remodeled. Fixtures include the Metris Select Kitchen Faucet, Talis S HighArc Kitchen Faucet, and Talis S Potfiller.
